Originally from Argentina, Gonzalo brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team having managed numerous difficult access projects across the state, including remedial projects on some of Sydney's tallest buildings.

Jay Khan
Access Specialist, Director
Having worked in mountain guiding and rescue, Jay has subsequently spent 10 years in the field of rope access and height safety. Hailing from the UK, he has lived and worked all over the world before settling on Australia.

Matteo Giusti
Access Specialist, General Secretary
Matteo is a highly experienced rope access technician, specialising in high-rise painting and facade washing. From Tuscany, Italy, he is a keen climber and can be found in the Blue Mountains hanging of a cliff in his spare time.
